TRAINING CUM PATH FOR EMPLOYEMENT FOR FRESH ENGINEER

IRC Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd. is a recognized service provider in power sector in India and overseas. IRC is providing high quality training to fresh Engineer.

As you are aware that till date many of you are not considered by any company for recruitment and selection since you don’t have experience/relevant experience and companies are not interested for fresh Engineer.

1. Eligibility and Training Fee

Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) – (One batch of 20 – 25 candidates)

AICTE recognized Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering graduates with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and age not exceeding 25 years as on 31st
July2018.

Training Fee -INR 70,000/-

1.Type, duration, date of commencement of training, fee and stipend

I. Type of Training: combined theoretical and practical training followed by on the job training.

II. Duration: 3 months theoretical course followed by another 2-month live project
exposure at corporate office or at sitein India/OFFICE

III. Date of Commencement of Training -01.09.2018

IV. Fee: INR 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand only) Payable in two equal installments –
Rupees fifty thousand become payable before joining the training program

1	45 DAYS	NDT	Understanding of NDT
2	15 DAYS	Solar PV Site assessment Training on software of Solar PV Plant Preparation of Feasibility Report	Able to do the followings – Preparation of feasibility Report Solar assessment on any co ordinates
3	3rd Month	Thermal Power Plant Site assessment Design Basis Report Specification preparation Coal Handling Plant Ash handling plant	Able to do the followings – Preparation of Design Basis Report & bid documents Review of documents related with CHP & AHP

After this there will be 2-month practical training –

2. After training
After successful completion of 6months’training candidates shall be given the followings –
NDT,Level II certificate – In India about 400-500 companies are doing it and they will take you on their roll.
Experience certificate

In addition to above we also take the top 3 ranks in our company and recommend/arrange their interview for placement to different developer / EPC / OEM in Power Sector.

3. Selection
GETs
Short listed candidates will be called for written examination and/or interview on at location notified to them. Results shall be notified in the company website.

4. Submission of document and fees
Acceptance of offer and a Bank draft of Rupees50,000/- (Seventythousand only) in favour of IRC, payable at Noida/New Delhi should be sent by the selected GET candidates to our office in Noida byhand.

Rupees 20,000/- after 3 months (before practical training ) in form of DD

If the fee from the selected candidates is not received as per the above schedule,opportunity shall be extended to waitlisted candidates. All successful candidates whofulfill these requirements shall be asked to report on the dates of commencement oftraining.
