Mr. Ashok Kumar Singhi, Founder and Managing Director of IRC Engineering Services India Private Limited, holds the degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He is having about 15 years experience in Power Plant, O&M i.e. at NTPC & Hindalco Industries (Renusagar Power Division). He has been working and honing his skills in this industry for last twenty seven years.

Mr. S.C. Singhi, the Finance Director holds the Master Degree in Chemistry. He has been a visionary and Incharge of setting up and leading firm to the path of growth. He has been in the business area for the past thirty five years.

Mrs. Shalini Jain, HRD Director having degree in B Tech (Computer) looks after Human Resource Development and Planning since last three years.
