IRC Engineering Services India Private Limited has also been recognized as a Well Known Material Testing Laboratory approved by CENTRAL BOILER BOARD.

IRC Engineering Services India Private Limited is one of the established TEST HOUSE of Northern Region, covering variety of disciplines in the field of destructive and Non-destructive testing for practically all grades of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials.

The in-house and under one roof testing facilities are installed in a well-designed building, located at a prime location in NOIDA, U.P. The available infrastructure of ultramodern testing facilities coupled with our dedicated team of highly experienced and professionally qualified inspection engineers have successfully executed some of the most formidable testing assignments in the field of Power Sector, Chemical and Fertilizer Plants, Petrochemical Refineries and various pipe line projects of National Importance.

The Company presently offers testing services in the following field :

1.  Chemical Analysis: By Spectro as well as Wet Analysis Process.      
  i) 

Spectro Analysis both for Ferrous Materials (C-S, A-S, S-S) and Non-Ferrous Materials (Al, Zn, Cu Alloys)

ii)

Wet Analysis for C.S. Materials, A.S. and S.S. Materials, Non-Ferrous Materials

2. Mechanical Testing:
i) Tensile Test.
ii) Bend Test.
iii) Hardness Test: 

On Brinell, Rockwell ‘B’ and Rockwell ‘C’ Scale.

Hardness Survey for Welded Test Samples including Weld, Heat Affected Zone and Parent Metal.

iv)

Charpy Impact Testing (C.S. & A.S. Material) between the temperatures  range of (-) 500 C to 1960 C.

v) Flattening

Vii) Proof/ Safe working load test for load bearing equipments.

3. TMT/ Reinforcements Bars
(Complete Mechanical and Chemical Testing as per IS: 1786) upto 20mm dia. and above.
4. Non-Destructive Testing:
i) Ultrasonic Flaw Detection.
ii) Ultrasonic Thickness Check.
iii) Magnetic Particle Examination by Wet/ Dry method.
iv) Magnetic Particle Examination by Wet Fluorescent Method.
v) Liquid Penetrant Test.
vi) In-situ Hardness Test.
5. Metallurgical Testing:
i) Micro- Structure.
ii) Macro Etch Test.
iii) In-situ Replica Micrography.
iv) Case Depth Check.
v) Decarbonization Depth.
vi) Inclusion Rating.
